Changing, Cancelling or Returning an order
We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Sales team immediately on 028 25630260 (9am-5.30pm) as orders are being dispatched the same day.
If your order has already left our store for delivery to you, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase.
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
To Return Items
, please package them securely (in original packaging if possible) and send the parcel back to the address shown on your delivery note. If the item is simply unwanted, you will need to pay for postage.
If we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival, please contact us and we will arrarnge uplift with our courier MyHermes. (see section below)
We will refund any International postal charges you incur to return such items. Please note that this refund will be in sterling, and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.
For UK Returns
we can organise with our Courier to collect wrong, faulty ,damaged or not as described items at our expense. We’ll contact you first to arrange time and place for collection.
Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office, and we will credit your account as soon as possible. For UK returns we can arrange this with our Courier at our expense.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from when you return your order. If after this time you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
We'll refund the Paypal Account, Credit or Debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order
Items that cannot be returned
Please note that personalised or made to measure products cannot be returned unless faulty, and we also cannot accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality.
Please state clearly with any returns the reason and all invoice/order numbers, along with your full name and address.
Items damaged during transit
Any faulty items should be notified to our sales team on: firstname.lastname@example.org
and they will advise on replacement or refund.
It is helpful to include any images of fault or delivery damage, which will speed up the process.
Returns collection via myHermes courier
Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging but removing the delivery label
Include the original delivery note with the reason for return completed
You'll need access to a printer to obtain a label for your parcel
After contacting you to arrange a suitable time for collection we will send an email via Myhermes to yourself with returns label to be attached on outside of box. Cover with clear tape to avoid ink run if wet.
